Fallbacks help Ochatbot handle questions or responses it isn't expecting. The default response is seen below, but it can be easily changed. Remember that you can also set up fallbacks specific to intents, but that 's a different process.
To edit the global fallback, first look in the Global Intents tab.
At the bottom of the right-hand side, you'll see an intent labeled "fallback." Click the gear icon and a popup will appear. This is where you can customize how the bot answers the user when it doesn't know how to respond. Just scroll down to Intent Actions, click the Reply, and customize away.
You can add buttons, images/videos, and custom variables to your fallbacks too. Try some out!
